We leverage our global resources including Europe, China and India enable us to help companies restructure their global manufacturing and logistics operations, customer management outsourcing and services outsourcing.

Several of our partners were involved in the creation of complex outsoursing programs such as Manufacturer's Services, one of the larger, successful outsourcing companies in the US. Built from scratch through the acquisition of businesses and OEM facilities, it became a billion-dollar company within five years.

Restructuring
Working with management or boards we aptly develop business plans to restructure a company including:

• Refinancing
• Other financial strategies

Once a restructuring plan is developed and decided upon, we assist management with its implementation.

Engagement highlight: In conjunction with our predecessor company, 54th Street Partners we restructured a multi-national, publicly-listed software company. This included:

• Staffing the company with our consultants as interim management;
• Working with existing management to downsize the firm;
• Restructuring the fiscal structure of the company; and,
• Hiring new management and returning the company's day-to-day operations to the CEO.

The company has been running successfully for the past two years.

We have also worked on a smaller scale for emerging companies. Restructuring services for smaller companies include:

• Managing soft landings as products were discontinued;
